1. Adopting an independent nickel chromium alloy electric heating type, it has high resistivity, low temperature coefficient of resistance, small deformation at high temperatures, and is not easily brittle. Its self heating temperature can reach 1000-1500 ℃, and its service life is long. The surface of the outer box is coated with galvanized steel plate, and the inner box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate. The surface is smooth and easy to clean in the later stage. The refrigeration system uses imported fully enclosed compressors, 2 cable lead holes, 2 sets of sample racks, and a bottom mounted water tank for water supply. The water level is automatically controlled. With imported fully enclosed compressors as the core, a cascade refrigeration system is composed of a condenser, evaporator, oil separator, plate heat exchanger, solenoid valve, filter, pressure controller, and pipeline. Air circulation system: Built in circulation air duct and long axis ventilation fan, using efficient refrigeration and energy regulation system, effective heat exchange is carried out through efficient ventilation fan, providing circulation of air inside the testing machine, thereby improving the temperature uniformity of the testing chamber.
