When discharging sausages, do not be too dense and offset the ends of the drum by about 10 millimeters. This can evenly heat the sausage and avoid uneven roasting.
Step 4: Baking process
During the baking process, it should be noted that the baking temperature of the sausage oven should be set at 120-160 degrees Celsius. In addition, sausage ovens usually have two sets of temperature control devices, which are controlled separately. When the production demand is not high, only one group needs to be opened, and a few pipes in the front row need to be heated for baking. If it is necessary to increase production, two units can be started simultaneously to save electricity.
Step 5: Cleaning and Maintenance
During the continuous baking process, clean the drum of the sausage oven every 4-5 hours. If there are stubborn stains on the drum, you can dip it in hot water detergent or wash it with a steel wire ball and dry it with a towel. After use, unplug the power, clean the grill, and protect it from dust.
