Insufficient refrigeration capacity of the freezer

(1) due to excessive dust accumulation on the air filter screen, uncleaned dirt on the heat exchanger coils and fins, and blocked air inlet or outlet, can cause poor airflow in the heat exchanger, significantly reducing the exchange rate of the heat exchanger and product display cabinets, resulting in insufficient refrigeration capacity of the freezer.

(2) If the set temperature during cooling is too high, the compressor duty cycle increases and the average cooling capacity of the freezer decreases. If the set temperature during heating is too low, the compressor duty cycle also increases, resulting in a decrease in the average heating capacity of the freezer.
