1. Conduct maintenance and inspection according to the operation and maintenance regulations of auxiliary equipment manufacturers such as water pumps and cooling towers;
2. Close the drain valve (or screw on the plug) on the water system, open the shut-off valve on the main circuit of the water system, open the exhaust valve on the water system, inject the required amount of water into the water system, and close the vent valve after the gas is discharged;
3. Check whether the relevant components on the electrical circuit are loose, whether the suction and separation actions of the contactor are smooth, whether the insulation package is damaged, and blow away the accumulated dust;
4. Close the main power switch to supply power to the starter cabinet and confirm that the compressor lubricating oil has been heated for more than 8 hours;
5. Start and operate the water-cooled screw industrial unit in the order of daily unit startup
Please strictly follow the above operation, otherwise the normal operation of the water-cooled screw chiller unit cannot be guaranteed, and its service life may even be reduced to a certain extent!
